'Never Walk Alone'
Add this to my "Decent song, crappy video" list. Must just be me. I haven't seen a decent metal video since... I don't even know when.
I'm such a picky bastard... _________________

I have to be honest here: I assumed this album would be complete crap. I can't believe Mustaine kicked out Ellefson, it pisses me off. And, to be honest, The System Has Failed was, IMO, a pile of shite. Especially that Christian prayer song - what the FUCK was that all about?
But - I have to say I love the new album, it's easily the best Megadeth album since RIP. Easily.
That video is a load of shit though - I don't like the bassist or the guitarist in it. Or the drummer. None of them seem to have any charisma, and even their choice of bass and guitar annoys me. Friedman, Menza and Ellefson will always be Megadeth for me.
But the latest album is fucking great, it really is. As much as it pains me to admit. _________________ Xeper

Like Bulletproof said, I haven't seen a good metal video in ages (maybe never!) but the song is great and that's what matters. _________________

If you ever get a chance to meet Dave Mustaine, just wave to him.
| Quote: |
MEGADETH frontman Dave Mustaine never realized when he hit the road, how much of it he brought back with him.
Mustaine says he went to see a health practitioner who did an analysis of his body. She told him she found 51 parasites in his body, many of which were varieties of worms.
He couldn't believe it.
He says he's sure he picked all that up staying in less-than-clean hotel rooms and other hazards of being on tour.
It doesn't stop him from freaking out that he's going to catch germs from fans. Mustaine says he has fans cough into their hands and then shake his, or they give him hugs.
He says part of the hazard of his being so outgoing and affectionate is that he's sick a lot.

The last great metal video had to have been Painkiller. It was annoying, and it repeated the same footage alot but it was simply great. _________________
