"sigh"! ANOTHER best-of? Evil or Very Mad
But the biggest disappointment is that the songs from the Blaze-era are undeniably live versions sung by Bruce. No respect for Blaze Sad

I kinda like the artwork though Smile
But I shouldn't really complaint since I'm getting both versions anyway Laughing

most of them are not officially recognized by the band! most are from their original record company who also keep reissuing the same package over and over (all songs being from the classic line up) so Motorhead is a little different!...and i forgot how many greatest hits Priest has...and Kiss too!

But some of Priest's best-of's are from their old label Gull, right?

Yeah, it's getting really annoying! They could atleast release them with some bonus stuff, like demos, hard-to-find live songs etc.

Box-sets like "The First Ten Years" and "Eddie's Archive" are far better than these "best-of's" in my opinion. At least they had some bonuses.

Yep most of these compilations are the record companies cashing in as usual. I bet 99% the band has nothing to do with it. Unless it's remastered albums.

i agree! some are good and worth it! Best of the Beast was a great Maiden best-of that had a great overview of the Bruce/Blaze eras and the Metal Works best of by Priest is an awesome overview of the original Priest run! but some are a waste that some fans will buy to say they own it all!
