Saw Lynch Mob play a few weeks back,at a small,shitty hall,right at Main/Hastings(poorest postal code in Canada).It was my 1st time seeing Mr Lynch,and apparently he played here in Vancouver last in 1986,when Dokken opened for Aerosmith.Maybe about 80 people in the crowd max.Great show,the band was not very pro,but George was spot on!I couldn't believe,and still cant get over,how good a player he is!He played most of his solos note for note,and he had that killer,Cali-fried tone!He also brought a cool aray of guitars with him!I also liked that right before he would rip an awesome lead,he would kind of turn sideways to face the crowd,so you could see exactly what he was doing!The guy is the real fucking deal fer sure!!Any comments,or observations,or stories,Im definitely interested!!

I saw Lynch with Dokken twice, and then saw him with the LynchMob once. He was my favorite guitarist in the 80's, very talented. He still is. I hope he comes around my way.

Another thing that surprised me,I always thought George was a fitness buff/bodybuilder?He looked to be in great shape,but he was smoking like a chimney!He had a smoke dangling out of his mouth constantly.Funny,when he was about to shred,he would quickly reach up,fling his smoke away,then let 'er rip!I didnt really expect he was a smoker!

George Lynch use to be this skinny little guy with cool guitars in Dokken, great skills.
Now he's a built and got that handsome haircut... hot damn he's hot and his a MAN!

Mr. Scary oh **** yeah!
