Just something I found out today. At one of the shows down in California Yngwie & Ripper did some of The Green Manalishi. What the hell?? I never thought I'd see this happening but after a little searching I found Yngwie stated in a interview if there was any chance of doing any Judas Priest songs since Ripper was in the band. The interviewer suggested Free Wheel Burning and Yngwie simply stated it was up in the air. If Ripper came to him and suggested it he would consider it.

So...I am curious if he is willing to play any Priest song and it was only just one song what would you want to see them play live?? Before anyone says well there's only one guitarist but keep in mind he has an awesome keyboardist so they could have those famous Priest duels.

... I personally do not want Yngwie to completely butcher those classic solos like he manages to do with his own songs.

But I would rather see some Ripper era Priest stuff. Why loaf around with the classics? It's basically a cover band because it's not even the original vocalist.

I'd actually kind of liked to see Yngwie do some Priest, ofcourse Ripper era stuff would be a bigger thing, but they aren't really Yngwie-style songs, but some of the older might be...

Surely Yngwie has the tendency to over-solo the songs, like he does on Gates Of Babylon but I still like the version, better now with Ripper singing it, he does an awesome job, and we all know how well he can do the Priest classics...Actually the song that they should do is The Ripper...What's my name?....What's my name?...What's my Name!?...
