Hey, when I posted the picture of my guitar, I got a pm about my interest in model railroading. So, I thought I would share with you guys what consumes a bit of my time. I hope you enjoy!
here is a N scale Flour Mill that I built for a local model railroad club

this is a custom paint job I did, a HO scale Norfolk & Southern RR locomotive

the next pictures are of the model railroad layout that my father and I are in the slow process of building

this is my usual locomotives I run, three Chicago & Northwestern RR units.

Hi nckissfan.

I dont have a hobby like your model railway one. But those pictures are excellent. It must of taken hours or even days or weeks to build some of that? I used to like Scalextrix though, i had tracks, cars, lights, sound boxes etc.

The only thing i still do today that i class as a hobby is computer/console games. I'm 32 now, and have been playing games since i was roughly 7 or 8 years old, so i started gaming in 1983. I never had an Atari 2600 but a friend of mine did, and we used to play Pacman, Space Invaders etc on it. I started with a Commodore 64 computer around 1983/1984. At the time the other computers as gaming fan (maybe yourself even) will know were the Spectrum & Amstrad. IMO the Commodore 64 was the best at the time.

From there i moved onto a Commodore Amiga 500, I also had a Sega Megadrive/Genesis, Super Nintendo, Mega CD/Sega CD, 3DO, Atari Jaguar, Philips CDI, Nintendo 64, Sega Saturn, Playstation, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 2, Xbox. My new baby is the Xbox 360, which i've had for a year now.

Knowing me i'll be gaming till i die lol. Unless i get a strange midlife crisis and hate everything hahahahaha.

Loz

Hey nckissfan that is way so cool, stunning lay out`s, and metalus, how do you manage to get to play those games. Time consuming or what! Among many of my pastimes, hobbies etc, I have now become a tropical fish nerd Laughing How do you post pics on these boards, I can then reveal my underwater features! PowerKnight Twisted Evil

Awesome trains nckissfan!!!! I love trains, they remind me of being a little kid, when I used to have a small set-up, and the engine used to blow smoke rings... I always remember how cool I thought that was.
I play my drums alot, and I dont get paid...lol, so I guess that would be my hobby, along with my obsession with music and live shows in general.

Like nckissfan I'm into model railways, although I've not been doing it for a while now as my new hobby took over - astronomy. I'm on the look out for a new 'scope just now probably the one at the bottom of this page:

I also play my guitar and read a lot of fantasy, sci-fi and historical novels.

Oh I do Tae-Kwon Do as well.
And I like to watch soccer (my team, Glasgow Rangers, have just travelled to play an away game in Israel and guess who the pilot was? BRUCE DICKINSON, apparently he asked specifically to fly them.)

Those are very cool trains dude.I always wished I had a train set as a boy,but I never got one.I bought a small ho scale for my son about 3 yrs.ago, but Im waiting till hes a bit bigger.
My hobbies include slot car racing, mountain bike riding,BMX riding/jumping and I still skateboard in the summer.Im teaching my 6 yr. old son how to skateboard, and we also shoot pellet guns in the yard, and Im actively involved in his ice hockey this year(I do a lot of yelling at him,and if any parents from the other team want to go,I will oblige them)

Awesome train models! I've never really been interested in devoting so much time into making one like that, but whenever I become a millionaire, I'll definately hire someone to make a really kick ass model in my house Laughing
