| Do you guys think Tim could've written/sang the material as well as Rob on AOR? It's a pretty tough call for me, considering it has a couple kick ass tracks like, "Demonizer" and "Deal With the Devil" |

I've often thought about Ripper era Priest having lasted longer. I'll bet a third album comprised of material that became AOR but with Tim's contributions could've been truly great. Tim is a stronger and superior singer to Rob over the last ten years or so. I think it's a safe bet to assume that he would own any AOR songs. _________________

Me too, in fact, how funny would it be to see Rob try to sing Burn in Hell or Bullet Train, I would really love to hear how Tim would've done on Nostradamus, the album would've been great had they put more screams and classic Priest elements but we all know Halford lost his voice.... |

I really doubt Priest would have gone to the AOR direction with Ripper, it is a much softer album and more suitable for Rob. I would imagine Priest would have kept the heavier direction if Tim had stayed... _________________

i think they would of headed into the direction of AOR because of the reception to Demolition so it would have been awesome to see and i think he would of been writing more because of this switch _________________ The bass player/vocalist for In Through the Out Door and the bass player/backup vokills for Die Deader |

Imagine Tim singing Demonizer
Hell Rider
Judas Raising
even Angel witch is one of my favorites in the album. |

the question really should be, would JP have gone that same route with Tim at the helm? I don't think so. I think they changed direction once Rob came back. _________________

Yes, I met Tim in January. He is indeed down to earth. One of the nicest guys I've ever met and very gracious to his fan base. Treated me like royalty. _________________

| I have yet to meet Tim, people are always bashing him on the internet but that must be purely because they're Halford fans and don't settle for anything less lol |

It's true. The only people who talk shit about Ripper would talk shit about anyone who fronted Priest without Halford.
Tim did such an awesome job that they have to bitch even louder to be noticed. _________________
