Its not bad at all. The thing is Tim's high notes are very aggressive i can sing some of his songs and hit the high notes but it doesnt sound right because i cant make it aggressive and scratchy like him Crying or Very sad Thats why Tim is one of my singing heroes Very Happy

no, he slaughtered that song. I saw them twice on that tour, and he butchered the Tim era songs. He is straining his ass off, sounds terrible

Just watched that...Matt is good on Something Wicked This Way Comes album, but on this he sounds ok. The high notes obviously he is straining. he should sing it his own way, instead of trying too hard to copy Ripper!!

Im just saying its not bad because i've tried singing this song and its fucking hard. I dont like Barlows version of it by any means but its a decent attempt at singing the song. Very Happy

Yea, he tried. He just can't pull those highs off. I love Matt's voice, but there is no way he can pull off the Ripper's screams.

The sound wasn`t very good quality from what I could hear, parts of it sounded not quite as bad as I first thought but there again there really is no comparison in singers I`m afraid. PowerKnight Twisted Evil

It sounded ok to me. Not anywhere near as good as with Tim, but it's an okay effort. You can hear him struggle though!!
