soon see!

i sometimes speak to steve williams of power quest. i asked him about the industry stuff. and he said....these days not as many records get sold like they did in the 80's/90's, and usually tours are based on record sales...so unless you get backing from somewhere else you have to pay the tours yourself. even though the record company still pays for any new records to be recorded etc. but getting on as support act to a big band is easier. shame really as some really cool bands out there who struggle like hell because of the way the record campanies are these days!

according to facebook, the drums are done, and some of the guitars (i think he said some), might be a while before release as they dont have a record company.

johnny z, and some of the other regulars on facebook might of read that too.

in about 3 months its 6 years since the debut cd. such a shame as this band is amazing! what record company wouldnt want them. Sad

It's good news indeed that atleast the recording moves forward.

But I also gotta say I am gutted that there still is no record company interest in a project this great!

Don't really know the state of SPV...but I would imagine considering they were about to go belly up small bands aren't too high on their list of recruitment now....unfortunately for us ofcourse.
