I would say yes - Stranglehold would be my proof. What do y'all think??? _________________ Trevor Lane

Saw "Uncle Ted" with KISS a few years ago and he damn near stole the show! He's an awesome axe man and funny as hell! But is he metal? No, definitely not metal. But he IS one of the best hard rock artists ever!
Favorite Ted Nugent quote...
"If God had not intended for us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat." |

I saw Ted open for KISS on two different KISS tours. Both times, he was awesome live. He is a hell of a showman. _________________

| Although not specifically metal, Ted certainly walked the line on Stranglehold. I can say with great confidence his stuff was a brand of very hard rock... |

Nah, not metal at all. I mean look at the guitar he plays?! He's also a total arse, from what I can tell in his interviews at least.
I listened to some of his stuff, and while "Cat Scratch Fever" has a great riff, I didn't think his stuff was up to much. _________________ Xeper

Yeah, the guy is definitely a narsole (sic). But that's partly what makes him metal. _________________

I would not classify Ted as Metal, although he no doubt could play any style of music. I have had the pleasure of seeing Ted live 5 times, and hav never been disappointed. Ted is one bad-ass guitarist. Just listen to the instumental tune "Hibernation", and you should agree. I hate classifications, but for arguments sake I would call Ted Hard/Classic Rock! _________________ "Do you see it ?....Its coming at yooooouuuuu!!!" |
